Our revitalized Training division is an integral part of UTE’s Product Support structure. In addition to conducting internal training programmes, the training division also handles numerous customer training sessions to educate our customer’s technicians and maintenance staff to get the best value out of their investment.

Equipped with the most sophisticated training aides, comprehensive interactive multimedia tools and under the guidance of a highly qualified training manager and experienced instructors our training department has been voted as one the best in Sri Lanka by the National Apprentice Industrial Training Authority (NAITA)

The training programs are in accordance with specific training schedules provided by Caterpillar & covers practical workshop training, providing theoretical knowledge on operations and maintenance, which is in par with any international training schedule.

In addition our trainees get the opportunity to undergo online training courses (DPC) developed by Caterpillar University.
