Ecologic Systems (Pvt) Ltd., formed in 1993, is the spin off company of the Environmental Engineering Division of United Tractor & Equipment (Private) Limited.
We began with Water Treatment Projects and then moved on to handling more complicated Effluent and Sewage Treatment Plants. We represent several leading manufacturers of quality equipment, which are well adapted to conditions prevailing in Sri Lanka.
Our Vision is to be the leading solutions provider in Sri Lanka for total Waste Management.
Based on all possible meanings of waste there is no doubt that 'Waste' is undesirable.
However, Waste in any form or meaning cannot be totally ignored. Therefore, through adopting the approach of the 3 R's, we must look to manage it in such a way that it does not have any long-term irreversible effects on our environment

Our journey, which began with just treating water, has evolved towards meeting a much broader goal of Total Waste Management. It is a much longer journey now but we are committed to continue as long as there is "Waste".
Elster Metering Limited, successors to ABB Kent Meters of UK, is the worlds largest manufacturer of domestic water meters. To date we have supplied over 400,000 meters to the Sri Lankan market. The awarding of regular tenders by state owned institutions is ample evidence of the confidence they place in the high quality of products and services we offer our customers.
Industrialists engaged in a manufacturing process such as food & beverages, textiles, pharmaceuticals, etc require purified water, of a very high quality which is why Ceylon Cold Stores, Sri Lanka's pioneer soft drink manufacturer selected Ecologic Systems to design and construct the Water Treatment Plant for their soft drink bottling factory in Kaduwela.
Many hotel resorts are situated at prime locations where space is limited, yet they need compact environmentally friendly sewage treatment plants to ensure sustainable business as well as to comply with the required environmental standards.
Pressure from Environmentalists and Governments around the world has led to strict controls in industrial waste management. To comply with these standards, most industries require an effective industrial waste management system with low capital cost.
